Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by calling, or through text. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
NO EYE MAKE UP before your appointment. Any eye make up would make extensions position harder to attach.
NO MASCARA before your appointment. Any residue of makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions.
NO CURLER before your appointment. Extensions will not adhere to crimped lashes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We always ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late will be treated like a NO SHOW and charged the full service amount.
NO-SHOW / NO-CALL POLICY
“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
